The City Mission is a Christian faith-based organization that provides help to the hurting and homeless. They help people meet basic needs (food, shelter, clothes) as well as providing additional support. They use Christian teaching in order to guide people to a sustainable future.They have been in Cleveland since 1910 and have an amazing reputation for their work. As a volunteer, you will first take a one time volunteering class in order to prepare you for your service. After that, there are many different volunteer options, all focusing on getting others going.
